Please join the ISG virtual food drive to support the Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan.
Sure, COVID-19 has cancelled many holiday plans, but you know what that means? No need to buy new clothes or splurge on a babysitter.
ISG has chosen to donate funds set aside for celebrations for those in need. Due to the impact of COVID on working families, the need this year is expected to be double the need in 2019. Why not join us and donate your ‘night out’ funds to help our worthy cause?
Between now and December 15, we challenge you to help us raise money for the many, many people in our area who are struggling.
The ISG Food for the Holidays program is already well underway in six cities nationwide. The Stamford office donated cash and nearly 400 pounds of food last week. Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, and San Francisco are hosting great events there, too. Let’s show them how it’s done in Michigan and put in the strongest showing possible, and don’t forget to challenge your family and friends with cancelled holiday parties to join the effort!
To start us off, we will participate in the Double Your Donation Day on November 17, with a Fox2 News interview and a match of our already generous corporate donation. Food banks get great bargains with manufacturers and wholesalers, and that money will go a long way towards helping them buy exactly what they need for their clients.
On December 15, we’ll celebrate our success with a fun gathering to reveal the grand total of our combined donations and toast the impact we can have on families in need this holiday season. What better way to end a tough year on a high note?
Thank you in advance for your energy and generous spirit. We urge you to show the Detroit community how giving ISG can be, and we wish you all a happy holiday season filled with warmth and good health.
